Food is such an important part of life, it is integrated into every aspect of our lives from celebrations to sitting shiva. Food is also much more powerful than we realize as it has the power to lifts our moods and even cure our ailments. However, when our relationship with food gets out of whack we can be setting ourselves up for a rocky road, pun intended, of guilt-ridden or emotional choices that leave us depressed, fatigued and questioning ourselves. Learn to build a healthy relationship with food and by doing so address some other goals such as decrease chronic pain, depression or weight loss.
